In 2020, North Lebanon faced a pressing challenge - a need to create new job opportunities, especially for the youth and women. The potential lay dormant within 60 existing companies spanning sectors like tourism, creative industries, construction, healthcare, agrofood, and ICT. These enterprises held the key to change, but they required a guiding hand to unlock their untapped potential.

Visionaris' Tailor-Made Solution
Visionaris, in collaboration with GIZ, embarked on a mission to catalyze transformation. Our journey commenced with a meticulous MSMEs Gap Assessment, delving deep into the challenges and opportunities that these businesses faced.

Equipping for Excellence
Education was paramount in our strategy. We dedicated 24 hours of intensive business training to each MSME, equipping them with the knowledge and skills they needed to thrive in a dynamic marketplace. But our commitment didn't stop there; we provided 8 dedicated coaching sessions per MSME, covering an array of vital topics such as strategic planning, business development, marketing, digital marketing, branding, ISO9001, and food safety.

By fostering collaboration and connections, we not only empowered individual businesses but also cultivated a network of support that would continue to drive growth in the North Lebanon region.
